End-to-End Field Services

Dismantling of BBs:
Preparation of site where BBs are to be installed.
Removal of all supporting wires and other connections.
Collection of Batteries, wires, connectors and rack material and transportation.

Erection: 
Planning and complete pre-erection activities. 
Preparation of site for the new Battery Bank including dismantling of old Battery Bank.
Preparation of a plan for the implementation of erection work.
Providing installation plans, coordinating the transfer of material to the site.

Testing:
Prepare the battery, measure and record data on no-load.
Testing as per industry standards, regulations, and guidelines or as per customer’s test recommendations.
Collation of test data and records for customer’s satisfaction.

Commissioning: 
Pre-startup and installation checks/verification steps to ensure the proper installation and reliable operation of a battery system.
Conducting load test as per specification or customer’s guidelines and specifications.
Collation of data and records and submission.
